This was the challenge for two entrepreneurs, Hava Rothstein and Pablo Kaplan.
They teamed up with Alyn Hospital, Israel’s Pediatric and Adolescence Rehabilitation Center and created a unique designed light and cost-effective wheelchair.

It is estimated that five million children with disabilities around the world do not have a wheelchair, which does not allow them to move around, and that they can not reach educational institutions and acquire education. They are condemned to poverty because they can not make a living and live in dignity.
It was a challenge that entrepreneurs Hava Rothstein and Pablo Kaplan, who are part of the GCI Challenge Program of the Innovation Authority, decided to crack. They joined the Alyn Hospital, a rehabilitation center for children and adolescents in Israel, and developed economical, light wheelchairs with unique colorful design.
